must must do a "return of the food blog." i have been having horrible eating habits lately and need to cut back. this helps.
8:30am
1 bbq pork bun. 1 vita lemon tea juice box. 2 cups of peppermint tea.
10:30am
1 mini wheat bagel w/ cream cheese. 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. 1 tangerine.
1:15pm
hot milk tea. 8 curry fish balls.
10:30pm
1 bowl of vegetable curry. 1/2 bowl of coconut rice. 1 mint julep. 4 cups of chrysthenum (sp) tea.
12:00am
1 banana 1 cup of peppermint tea.

I never mind eating out by myself, but something about sitting at the counter alone on a Saturday night is so lonely.

a glass of chai iced tea. 1 banana. salmon steak w/ fresh lime juice and mustard. mint salada mixed in w/ tofu. 4 cups of green tea. 1 glass of lemonade.
